These Promotional Code Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion Terms") govern your participation in the McDonald's x FIFA Rivals promotional campaign (the "Promotion") and the redemption of promotional codes ("Codes") distributed exclusively through the McDonald’s app. By redeeming a Code, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, as well as Mythical Games’ General Terms of Use available at https://mythicalgames.com/terms-of-service (the "Mythical ToU"), which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Mythical ToU, these Promotion Terms shall control with respect to the Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To redeem a Code and participate in this Promotion, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of redemption. Age verification is conducted through the McDonald’s app and is a condition of obtaining a Code.

• Accept the Mythical Games General Terms of Use at the time of redemption.

• Be a legal resident of one of the following eligible countries or markets: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, KSA (Riyadh and Jeddah), Japan, Hong Kong, Ireland, Nicaragua, Morocco, Honduras, Guatemala, Georgia, El Salvador, or Azerbaijan.

• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of Mythical, Inc., McDonald's Corporation, FIFA, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies (or an immediate family member of any such person).

Void where prohibited by law. Mythical Games and McDonald's each reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2. PROMOTIONAL BUNDLES

Two (2) in-game bundles are available as part of this Promotion. Each bundle requires a separate Code for redemption. A participant may redeem one (1) Code per bundle per account, for a maximum of two (2) FIFA Rivals Codes per account. Each bundle becomes available for redemption on its respective go-live date and remains redeemable through the Code expiration date set forth in Section 4 below. Codes are available in limited quantities and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Bundle 1 — Grimace Bundle

• Go-Live Date: June 9, 2026

• Contains exclusive in-game Grimace-themed cosmetic items and content for FIFA Rivals.

Bundle 2 — FIFA Rivals Trophy Bundle

• Go-Live Date: June 30, 2026

• Contains exclusive in-game FIFA Rivals Trophy-themed cosmetic items and content for FIFA Rivals.

Bundle contents have no cash or monetary value and are subject to all Virtual Items provisions of the Mythical ToU.

3. CODE REDEMPTION

To redeem a Code:

• Accept the Mythical Games General Terms of Use if you have not already done so.

• Navigate to the code redemption section within the FIFA Rivals game or Mythical platform.

• Enter your Code exactly as it appears. Codes are case-sensitive.

• The applicable bundle will be credited to your account upon successful redemption, subject to the bundle's respective go-live date.

• If a Code is redeemed prior to a bundle's go-live date, the bundle content will be delivered to your account on or shortly after the go-live date, subject to availability.

Each Code may only be redeemed one (1) time. Once a Code has been redeemed, it is void and cannot be transferred, re-used, or exchanged. Mythical Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, invalid, or expired Codes.

4. CODE EXPIRATION

All Codes issued in connection with this Promotion will expire on November 1, 2026 at 3:00 AM UTC (the "Expiration Date"). Codes not redeemed prior to the Expiration Date will be null and void and no substitute, replacement, or compensation will be provided. Mythical Games and McDonald's are not responsible for any failure to redeem a Code prior to the Expiration Date, including due to technical difficulties, user error, or any other cause.

5. NATURE OF IN-GAME CONTENT

All bundle contents distributed through this Promotion constitute "Virtual Items" as defined in the Mythical ToU. Virtual Items:

• Have no cash or monetary value and are not redeemable for real-world currency or other consideration.

• Are licensed, not sold, and remain the intellectual property of Mythical, Inc. and/or its licensors (including FIFA and McDonald's, as applicable).

• Are subject to modification, withdrawal, or discontinuation by Mythical at any time without notice or liability.

• May be forfeited if you are found to be in violation of the Mythical ToU or these Promotion Terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Mythical Games, FIFA Rivals, and McDonald's branding, trademarks, logos, characters (including Grimace), and related intellectual property used in connection with this Promotion are the exclusive property of their respective owners. McDonald's, the McDonald's logo, and Grimace are trademarks of McDonald's Corporation and its affiliates. FIFA and related marks are trademarks of FIFA. Participation in this Promotion does not grant you any ownership interest in or license to any intellectual property beyond the limited in-game license described in these Promotion Terms and the Mythical ToU.

7. TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE

Code redemption requires acceptance of the Mythical Games General Terms of Use (available at https://mythicalgames.com/terms-of-service). No separate account registration is required to redeem a Code. Mythical Games reserves the right to refuse redemption or revoke awarded bundle content if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Code was obtained fraudulently or that you are in violation of these Promotion Terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER MYTHICAL GAMES NOR McDONALD'S, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE A CODE OR BUNDLE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither Mythical Games nor McDonald's is responsible for: (i) technical failures, errors, or interruptions of any kind; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account; (iii) loss or damage resulting from use of Codes or bundle content; or (iv) any third-party actions or omissions.

9. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with your participation in this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Mythical Privacy Policy, available at https://mythicalgames.com/privacy. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

Mythical Games and McDonald's each reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, or to modify these Promotion Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Any such modifications will be posted at the applicable redemption location or communicated through the McDonald's app or Mythical Games' official channels.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Promotion Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Promotion Terms or the Promotion shall be subject to the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions set forth in Section 17 of the Mythical ToU, which are incorporated herein by reference.
